During our energy therapy session, the practitioner will use a variety of healing techniques such as Reiki, Sound Therapy and Crystal Therapy to cleanse, align and integrate the seven energy centers in the body restoring your physical and emotional well-being. Results are individual but after your session you can expect to feel relaxed, revitalized, lighter and with a clearer mind. In some cases, physical pain is relieved. We utilized a Far Infrared Therapy (FIR) Mat with natural crystals that can assist in decreasing pain and stiffness by improving blood circulation.
